- Teams are created according to the skills and experience of each team member.
- Delivery dates must be defined for each assigned task.
- Each person is responsible for giving a delivery date that they consider they can meet.
- The meetings should have a maximum duration of one hour.
- If necessary, extraordinary meetings will be scheduled.
- Communication must be constant between all team members.
- If a person feels they need help with a task, they can ask someone on the team for help.
- We must be available to support peers when necessary.
- We must give positive and assertive feedback, it should never be done to criticise or denigrate the work of another team member.
- Each person must be willing to receive feedback with the best possible disposition.
